Loaded Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 bag My Dad's Chips Original or Barbecue
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 scallions, sliced
- Fresh cilantro
Directions
- 1Heat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.
- 2Toss the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce until lightly coated.
- 3Layer half the chips on the pan, then half the chicken, beans, and cheeses. Repeat with the rest.
- 4Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted.
- 5Top with jalapeño, pico de gallo, avocado, scallions, and cilantro.
- 6Drizzle with sour cream and serve immediately, straight from the pan.
