My Dad's Chips

Who's The Dad?

Started from the Kitchen Now We're Here

When Gary first started making potato chips, he would hand slice them with a knife. Once he received a mandolin slicer as a holiday gift, the world as he knew it would change forever. He started slicing his chips ultra-thin, and the result was a potato chip the likes of which people had never tasted before.

The Family Business

Gary's son, Brian, was the one who convinced him to try and turn his homemade product into a business. In 2019, Brian famously said to Gary, “all we know about the chip business is that we don't know anything. Let's figure out how much we don't know.” From that point forward, Brian and Gary worked tirelessly to learn the ins and outs of the chip world, from sourcing ingredients, to manufacturing, to sales, to marketing, and beyond.

Today, My Dad's Chips are available in select retailers across the United States, and hopefully coming soon to a store near you!
