Our story

My Dad’s Chips has come a long way from the kitchen of our founder, Gary Edell. Gary began making his own homestyle potato chips back in 2009. It didn't take long for family and friends to begin requesting the chips at gatherings.

 

 Then, when his kids went away to college, Gary would send them care packages filled with homemade potato chips to share with their friends. Whenever people asked, “Where did you get these chips?” the response was always, “They’re my dad’s chips!” and the rest is history.
