Fall salad with My dad's chips
Ingredients:

5 oz. of baby arugula

1/4 cup of crumbled goat cheese
-
1/4 cup of chopped pecans
-
1 small apple, thinly sliced
-
1 oz. bag of My Dad's Chips
-
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
-
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
-
2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp dijon mustard
-
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Add arugula, goat cheese, apple slices, and pecans to a bowl.

Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, dijon mustard, and salt and pepper in a separate bowl and dress your salad.

Crush up 1 oz. bag of My Dad's Chips for the perfect, crunchy topping!​
