gluten-free chicken tenders

Ingredients:

  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 tsp of paprika

  • 1/4 tsp of onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne 

  • 2-3 1.75 oz bags of My Dad's Chips

  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Add the potato chips to a sandwich bag with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne, and crush the chips with a rolling pin.

  2. Add the potato chips to a shallow dish.

  3. Crack an egg into a shallow dish and whisk.

  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees while you make the chicken fingers.

  5. Dip your chicken finger in the egg wash, then roll in the potato chip mixture until fully coated. 

  6. Use parchment paper or lightly spray cooking oil into the air fryer.

  7. Place tenders into the air fryer and cook for 8-10 mins, flipping them over halfway through.

  8. Enjoy with the dipping cause of your choice!
