Old Bay chicken tenders (gluten-free)
Ingredients:
-
1-1/2 lb chicken (breasts or tenders)
-
2 large eggs
-
2 2oz. bags My Dad's Chips - Original Flavor
-
2 tablespoons of Old Bay

Instructions:
-
Add the potato chips to a sandwich bag with the Old Bay seasoning and crush them using a rolling pin. Once the chips are crushed, shake the bag to ensure everything is mixed well.
-
Transfer the crushed potato chips to a shallow dish.
-
In another shallow dish, crack the eggs and whisk them.
-
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) while you prepare the chicken fingers.
-
Dip each chicken finger in the egg wash, then roll it in the potato chip mixture until fully coated.
-
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly spray it with cooking oil.
-
Place the coated chicken tenders into the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through.
-
Once cooked, serve the chicken tenders hot with your choice of dipping sauce. For this recipe, we suggest Ranch!
